All is working ok but the problem still there.... There is a way to reinstall without loosing settings, programs, etc.? Now, at this stage, what I have to do ? A repair install is likely to be the next best course of action. You can find instructions on how to perform a repair install below. A repair install will not remove your programmes, but it is advisable to backup personal data such as document and media files beforehand. Then l tried again windows update and when switching off it tried to install 214 updates, but when I switched on again it says uninstall updates due to updates problems, do not switch off pc. I looked on installad updates and quite all failed with error code 800705B4 different from previouses. Let me know what to do now. Thanks

F frankge973 Active member Joined Feb 15, 2016 Posts 34 Mar 24, 2016 #53 I used the tool for repairing Widnws Update suggested by Windows guide for error code 800705B4 and after restarting I retried again to update. This time updates arrived and have been installed correctly. I used Windows update several times for installing all important updates and also some suggested updates and now it appears working correctly. Thanks to all for your extended help in this case.
