Hello all! I was glad to come across your site and see all of the success you've had with other users so I am hoping I can be one of the next success stories! I've been trying to get the last of a few updates loaded onto my system so I could hopefully get the Windows 10 Icon to appear. SFC is saying I have some corrupted files which is killing the update process. My system is a ASUS tower, running 32Gb Ram, plenty of hard-drive space. I have tried downloading the updates individually, ran the Windows update readiness tool, and tried to even do an upgrade to the OS all of which fails.

The three remaining updates are:
Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 for x64-Based Systems
Update for Microsoft XML Core services 4.0 Service Pack 2 for x64-Based Systems (KB973688)
Update for Windows 7 fo x64-Based Systems (KB2985461)

Here is the output of SFCfix ( I notice is says Windows 7 service pack 1 - amd64, but I actually have an Intel processor, not sure if that matters to the program).
I've also attached my CBS.zip file.

Adding CBS.log file.. I uploaded one via the utility because it was too large. I then realized that log was prior to me correcting many of the errors so i am uploading this CBS.zip file which was freshly ran.

I was able to get my system up and running with all the updates. I corrected the first two errors by performing and upgrade of the existing OS. The update error 9C59 is due to Internet Explorer missing some updates if you happen to have an earlier version than 10 and are trying to go to IE 11. You have to download the updates manually and run them, which get's rid of the error. The update are available on MS's website.

Hope this helps anyone with similar issues.
