That is Autodesk 360 - http://autodesk360.com/

The faulting module had a timestamp - 0x50d3fca7; translated = Fri Dec 21 06:07:35 2012

I'm not sure if that 2012 module is part of Autodesk360's most recent version compatible with Windows 8.1 or not.

I would suggest uninstalling A360 - see if Explorer still crashes.

If not, install the most recent version of Autodesk 360- A360 - Home
