Good afternoon,

I've been having issues installing my next Windows Update, it completes the download and during the installation phase I get this error code (Error 0x80071160). It began when trying to run a virus scan on a file, Windows Defender claimed the admin has limited access although I am the only admin account on the system. Couldn't update my OS and attempted an SFC scan but that also seems to fault out at 13% every time.
I'm fairly tech-savvy but I've been unable to find any solutions to this online as I keep running into more problems, any chance someone could help me out?

Many thanks!

Hello there!
Please zip and attach C:\$Windows.~bt\Sources\Panther\SetupACT.log

Hello!
So a minor issue, I don't seem to have any $Windows folders. However, I found some log files in my C:\$SysReset\Logs - it seems to try creating the $Windows folder in my secondary storage HDD(G:\) (Not the SSD my OS is installed on) and appears to try calling certain files for the installation in this imaginary folder within my secondary drive G:\.
For the record, I scoured my G:\ and I found a folder 'WUDownloadCache' but the date listing is July 2018 which could have been the original Windows 10 upgrade from 8, possibly not relating to my current updating issue.

I've included some logs I am not sure will be useful but could hopefully point you in the right direction - locations of these I have listed below
LOG 1: C:\$SysReset\Logs (This was originally 'setupact')
UpdateAgent: C:\Windows\Logs\MoSetup

If you need anything else please let me know! Apologies for the late message it took me a bit of time trying to sort out this missing folder and to find any relevant logs that could be useful
