[SOLVED] Error message 80073701 when trying to install role/feature.

Hello,

I have looked through similar threads with this error but I am still having an issue and could really use some help.
Server 2019.


I cleared out the log to get a fresh error, it is attached. I have tried installing KB5003171 if that would help but it fails saying it is superseded.

Just to add...

I have ran sfc /scannnow and a DISM healthrestore but neither detect an issue.
