[SOLVED] Error installing monthly rollups and some other updates

Hello!

After power failure during long "Do not power off your PC" task I got some errors with windows update and some other components.
For now fixed almost all of them but some still remains.

- I can't install monthly security rollups;
- I can't install versioned update KB2952664
- sfc /scannow doesn't create any log. I tried to search for CBS.log on system drive - no luck.

SFC says it found something is corrupted but can't restore it.

OS: Windows 7 SP1, all updates up to 02.2018, partially after that.

CheckSUR & SFCFix show no errors for now.

I tried to redirect cbs.log via set WINDOWS_TRACING_LOGFILE=d:\cbs.log and running scan after that (within the same commandline window) - no luck, log not appeared in any place.
I tried to search for it on C: or D: - no luck. Yes, I know about hidden/system files and Total Commander can make search via all of them.

Can someone tell me how to make SFC create its log that give me info what to do next ?

I was able to make CBS.log after booting to WinPE and do offline scan. Here is a result:

Fixed some missing/corrupted file errors, but SFC /scannow still says something is corrupted.
And I can't install current updates KB4093118 and KB2952664.
And I see KB2952664 listed in installed updates but can't uninstall it from that list and by wusa.exe (error 80073701).

cbs.log after all was made, it was cleared before scan so contains only last scan info:

After some restarts and running system disk cleanup utility I was able to install that two current updates, so mark this thread solved. But still not sure what changed to get errors go away.
