Hi guys, I don´t know if any of you could help, but I´d appreciate it.
It turns out that, almost suddenly, my computer started to give all kinds of problems at installing any drivers. I mean MTP device driver, GeForce Experience driver, graphics controller drivers, etc.
It doesn´t give any reasons: only says that an error has occurred. Nothing more. When I need to go to the device administrator to update any drivers manually, I can´t either because it says that the pc found a serious mistake and can not update. That happens with any driver. Even the CITRA emulator stopped running and started crashing without any reason... I don´t know if it has something to do with that.
Do you guys know what could happen?
Thanks a lot in advance and waiting for your tips! :-):-):-)

Could you please open Device Manager and check if any any of your devices are showing warning triangles? If so, then please copy and paste the message along with the error code it provides in your next post.

While you aren't experiencing any BSOD problems, please upload the .zip file from the log collection tool found here - Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 + Vista

It will provide all your system information along with the event logs.

I can see 3 warning triangles in the Device Manager:
- Nvidia High Definition Audio (The driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternative controller must be providing functionality. (Code 32)) - I didn´t uninstall anything.

- Nvidia Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM) - (the same message as above)

- Other Devices
- Unknown Device (The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28))

Anyway, each time a try to installs those drivers, It says an error has occurred. I will run your app and attach it here

Another issue is that, when I try to connect my mobile phone to the pc, the Device Manager shows another warning triangle in MTP USB Device, and can not update it either.

Sorry guys, but I don´t know what is happening. I launch the app SysnativeBSODCollectionApp but it takes a lot of time to complete: I left it for more than 30 minutes and only shows "Waiting for SystemInfo" all the time. It doesn´t create any .zip file in Documents folder or any place. Am I doing it right?

Hi!

Please do the following:

Upload Drivers Hive[/B]

  1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config
  2. Right-click on the current DRIVERS file and select copy
Note: If you get an error that the file is in use, reboot your computer and then try again.
  3. Right-click on your Desktop and select paste
  4. Right-click on the DRIVERS file on your Desktop and select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder
  5. Upload the zip from your Desktop to a file sharing service such as Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace and include the link with your reply.

Sorry for bothering you again, but I realized that Windows Update shows failures each time I try to install the updates.
The message shows:
"Windows could not install 2 updates. Code 800703F1: A problem with Windows Update has occurred".
I saw that these 2 updates are NVIDIA Display drivers, from 2017 and 2018 successively. Why would appear this now? It is very strange.
Now I can not open any program, game or emulator that requires the last version of this driver.

The flickering light means that your system is doing something in the background.

Step 1 - Replace Drivers Hive Manually

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

  1. Download DRIVERS.ZIP and save to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on it and select Extract all.... Make sure the "Show extracted files when complete" is checked and click Extract.
  3. Now we have the DRIVERS file that we will be using to replace your current one.
  4. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config
  5. Right-click on the current DRIVERS file and select rename. Rename it to DRIVERS.bad.
Note: If you get an error that the file is in use, reboot your computer and then try again.
  6. Take the file from the Drivers folder on your desktop and paste it into C:\Windows\System32\config

Afterwards, reboot and retry updating the drivers.

I mean that the flickering light was never so continued, was almost all the time off (It only flickered when the PC was turned on and little else ...) But now, practically does not stop flickering.
Anyway, I realized that already have one file with the name "drivers.bad", because years ago happened something similar. Could I put the name for "drivers(2).bad"?
