Error Encountered

Hi all, I was referred to you wise and wonderful Windows Warriors by my pal Gary over at Bleeping Computer. I have recently encountered an issue with Windows Update that looks like the attached image. In my Update history I see KB4023057 has failed over and over, is there anyway to correct this without having to re-install my OS and start over? I ran DISM and SFC and they both completed without incident. Help me Windows Warriors you're my only hope. Thanks in advance!

I found out my C: drive is 80% good with a SMART scan, that could be the cause. Also several of my Steam games just crash to desktop now when before they ran fine. I now get errors in the EventVwr log like this:

It seemed to happen before once my SSD became less then 20% free space. So I just have a cluster of bad sectors or what?

I solved the ERROR encountered issue by running the reddit tron utility

Now I get the some settings are managed by your administrator but I'm all up to date. How do I remove that message?
