I've followed this link below:

I've rebooted and updated, but still fails:





You'll probably need to see the logs though as I was just simply following the steps.

Copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop. Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

Hi Peter,

Failed again after reboot unfortunately...

It's succeeded now - I checked the cbs log file and found that KB4516067 was the one that "Failed to resolve package"; so I manually downloaded KB4516067, installed and rebooted.

Then ran updates after the reboot and it installed successfully this time.

Now I'm just running updates as normal. Thanks Peter for your help!
