Hi there,
Attached are my files for your help. My computer is a HP Pavillion 500-410 Desktop PC Model # J4X21AA#ABA loaded with Windows 7 Pro. I did the free upgrade to Windows 10. I utilize McAfee Security Suite with my internet provider Cox Communications.
I just purchased this unit in December 2015 and seems like I have had problem after problem.
I sincerely would appreciate any help and or resolve with my issues.
