You guys helped me w/ previous error(s) where downloads could not complete. Above error from dl'g KB2850016 and KB2589352, both for update to MS Office 2010 Professional Plus. MS 2010 is activated as well as W7E. Also experiencing WUSA errors (2359302) and now researching this to understand more. Did a MS 2010 Office repair w/ no success. Almost ready to uninstall MS Office 2010 and reinstall. What files do you need for helping me ???

Double-click on the C: drive, under the Hard Disk Drives category, and then scroll down to, and double click on the Windows folder. Find and double click on the Logs folder. Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy. Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS. Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created. Attach CBS.zip to your next post please. Tom

How can I get CBS file to you if it will not attach? Size is 22M, lots of persistent logs if I recall. We are down to last (2) updates not loading for Win Office 2013 Prof Plus. I could remove and reinstall, maybe best approach. abro89
