Can you help me and tell me which files do i need to send you in order to understand the root of the problem? I've been struggling for more than 1 month to try to fix this problem :( thank you in advance :)

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Some notes about using Insider Preview builds:
  • Insider builds of Windows are preview (beta) releases which may contain bugs.
  • If you experience problems with such builds, please use the Microsoft Feedback HUB to report them to Microsoft.
  • To resolve issues you can perform an in-place-upgrade using the latest ISO or an ISO which you can download from UUPdump.
  • Please also note that some updates for Insider Builds are not available in the Windows Update catalog as stand-alone updates (MSU-packages).
  • Note of Microsoft: "When choosing a channel, you should keep in mind how stable you need your device to be, what level of issues you can handle on your device, how early in development you'd like to see features and changes, and whether or not you need Microsoft support."
  • Another important point is that issues with Insider Builds can be more complex or even completely unknown than regular problems with stable versions of Windows.
  • Some tools developed by Sysnative are not (fully) compatible with Insider Builds,

this is my current build and when i try to upgrade it with the ISO of the next build, i get this error after the second restart:

What you can try is to leave the current Insider Preview channel to see if the system will roll back to the latest stable build. But I would suggest to make a complete system image first, just to be sure you can use that image to recover the system to the current state.

Thank u for the reply :) I already have an ISO which allows me to do an in-place upgrade but after the second restart the installation of windows rolls back (1724851391041.png

) and i can't quit the insider program as you can see here ->

I saw that you asked to other people with the same problem, some logs file to understand where's the problem. If u tell me which files are needed, can we try to understand where's the problem despite it's an insider build? (maybe the problem is the same as if it wasn't an insider build). Thank u :)

I've editted the screenshot because your email-adress was visible...

Download the

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

Download the 64 bit version: - Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Link
  • Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  • Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  • Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

You're using an illegal version of Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC as it looks like.

Mmmh so is this the problem? Because my current OS comes from Windows 7 (preactivated when I bought the PC) then I upgraded to Win 10 (in which I had to use an activator for a few days because i had some problems with the license but after i bought the license from Ebay of the LTSC version) and then from 10 to 11 for free. So maybe there are some leftovers of that activation. Since i tried to fix the current problem with windows update i tried to change PC to see if it helps to fix it and then the activation got lost and now windows it's currently unactivated but I'll activate it as soon as i fix this problem. But beside that... is this the problem that causes all of this?

1. Licenses from sites like Ebay are always illegal, in particular LTSC (MAK) keys which have generally been stolen and sold for cheap prices...
2. I (we) don't provide any help with illegal versions of Windows, and I've also noticed other cracked software on your system.
3. My advisise would be to buy an genuine license (Home / Pro) and re-install this system and use Insider Builds only on test systems / virtual machines.
