Error 0x800f0982 while updating KB4558998 on Win 10 LTSC 1809

I've tried a lot of things to fix this error but I can't find how to get rid of it. I hope I won't need to make a new fresh install of the OS

I would like to add that I did run an SFC scan and SFC fix, I have no errors and still the same issue.

Hello everybody.

I've used BleachBit and Glary Utilities to make my system cleaner.
After rebooting and trying to update the OS, I got a new error: 0x80246010

Then I've used the Windows Update Troubleshooter utility ...

I tried to update again and this time the error came back to previous one .... -____-

Here's a new CBS, I still can't understand why I can't update

DISM says everything's fine. SFCFix says everything's fine. FRST made a log. Attached you can find those, along with SFCFix log.

I also tried clean boot then update, no go.


Any help very much appreciated! :)
