Hi Guys,

Hope life finds you well.
I was wondering if you could please help with this problem:

Currently running Windows 10 Home, 64 bit, Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

When I run:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I get the following error:
"Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found."

It always takes it's time at 62.3% then goes straight to 100% with the above error.

I have tried running SFCFix, it did not find any errors and nothing changed.

SFC /scannow doesn't find any errors:
"Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

When I run any of these:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

It returns the "repairable" status.
I've attached ComponentsScanner.txt, dism and CBS logs to this thread, as was instructed.

Any adivce or help on this would sincerely be appreciated. 🙏

Best regards,
Noel

Note: I've also tried dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:"E:\Sources\Install.wim":1 /LimitAccess using the Win10_22H2_English_x64.ISO, but I stil get the same error (0x800f081f)

It seems to be missing:

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

It seems only those two files are corrupted, so please perform the following.

Step 1. Download
56f31e53c97da-SFCFix.PNG
SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
