Error 0x80073712 when install update KB4586793

Hi

When I try to install update KB4586793, I get an error 0x80073712

I tried to install this update also from the downloaded file and got the same error so the problem is not in the update file

I've run a SFC /scannow on my PC and it finished with errors.
I've also try to use DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth for repair, but it stucks at 72.7% exiting on error code: 12029
I've launch SFCFix but it didn't find an error
I am attaching log files SFCFIX and CBS.log after working SFCFIX

Any Idea how to solve this?

There is a considerable number of missing files and therefore I'll probably provide you with batches instead of one large fix.
