Error 0x80073712 - 0x20003 after Windows 10 Upgrade from 1909 to 20H2 fails

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade a Windows 10 32-bit OD from build 1909 to build 20H2, but it always fails with error:
Error 0x80073712 - 0x20003
The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_UPDATES operation
