I have a Windows Server 2019 and tried to install Hyper-V.
Unfortunately I run into a problem, which seems to be there for some weeks.
Maybe it has to do with a Defender update or a missing file from .net framework, or I don't know.
However the installation doesn't work and I get a message about a missing assembly with error 0x80073701.
sfc /scannow says:
