Error 0x80071160 in Windows 2020-07 update (KB4565483)

hello everyone,I've been trying for days to solve the problem with the microsoft community, without results
the Windows update 2020-07 (KB4565483) it says "There were problems installing some updates, but we will try again later.error 0x80071160.
I tried to fix it with sfc / scannow but it didn't work "windows resource protection could not perform de requested operation"
DISM /Online/Cleanup-Image/CheckHealth
DISM /Online/Cleanup-Image/ScanHealt
DISM /Online/Cleanup-Image/RestoreHealth
i get error 87
SFCFIX can't fix the problem
tweaking windows repair don't fix the problem either
