Hello,

Sorry in advance if all details are not in my first post, I have to write this on my phone which makes it difficult.

I have Win 10 Pro 22H2 build 19045.3324.

In attachment, the CBS.zip, setupact.log and my DRIVERS file, components scanner returned no error.

I have been trying to fix an issue where I can't install any driver because of "The configuration registry database is corrupt"
Windows update doesn't help either, it just gives error 0x800703f1 on every try.
Doing an In-place upgrade fails at downlevel stage with the same error code (see setupact.log).

Someone on another forum was trying to help me and sent me this post link here.
It looks like I have the same error messages than post #8 on line 152383 to 152387 of my setupact.log.
zcomputerwiz interpreted that as a drivers hive problem and gave the op a alternatieve DRIVERS file which fixed his issue.

Do you think the same solution could apply in my case with maybe a different fixed DRIVERS file ?

Thanks for any help.

Seems to help indeed, I might just have fixed my PC's issue myself thanks to the other post linked above.
I took an older version of my DRIVERS file from a Macrium Reflect Backup that was made before the modification date of the file attached with post #1.
Now I can install drivers again and Win Update doesn't give errors anymore.
