Thanks in advance for all the help.

I'm getting on windows update the error 0x8007010B - Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64 - KB4464218 2018-09 Cumulative Update.

• sfc /scannow stops at 14 % saying Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation

• Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth stops with the error

[== 4.7% ]
Error: 4448

The WOF driver encountered a corruption in the compressed file's Resource Table.

Have you tried installing the latest version of Windows 10? If not, I would highly recommend you do that.

Hello,

Did exactly that with the same w10 build and worked perfectly, it was just like an update in windows, and didn't lose any of of the programs already installed, and now can do the windows updates with no problem.
