Error 0x8000ffff

Hey, I'm having trouble installing the following windows updates:

1) 2018-12 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4470502) -Error 0x8000ffff
2) 2018-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4471332) -Error 0x8000ffff

I get the 0x8000ffff while installing.

I have tried everything I've found online and nothing seems to work, please help :banghead:
