[Error 80070490] Windows 7 Service Pack 1 fails

Hello. I have been having trouble installing SP1 pretty much since SP1 came out. All other updates will install. I am getting Error 80070490 and tried the System Update Readiness Tool from Microsoft. That ran and installed an update or two, but I am still unable to install SP1.

sorry for the delay I had a commitment the next day and my CBS.log file gave me denied access I had to copy for documents, I have re-done the whole process and there's CBS.log Download CBS.rar from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

I got what I needed. The files you screenshot are just older copies that have been archived.

Add Missing Package
1. Click the Start button and type cmd.exe in the search box.
2. Right-click on the cmd that comes up and select Run as administrator.
3. Once you are at the command prompt, copy/paste the following line and hit enter.
pnputil -a C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\amd64_atiilhag.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_019357585ef99a63\atiilhag.inf

Let me know if it says successfully installed. If it does, try installing SP1 again.
