Emails are not syncing

My name is Mathew & I have a problem with Windows 10 Mail App as it wont receive, send or sync my emails from outlook this is the cbs.log created after SFC /scannow & SFCFix.exe. When i ran both of them as far as i noticed there were no error or violations found. I hope i have posted the correct information & you are able to help me with this problem. Microsoft said that i have corrupted registry keys & a lot of other problems with Windows 10. Thank you to all that are able to help me in advance it is very appreciated.

I have moved your thread to the Windows 10 forum as you CBS log looks fine :)

Is this for the Mail and Calendar app? Also what domain is your email address registered with? When you contacted MS was that over the forum or on their forum? If it was on their forum can you please post a link.
