How to read OSPF and EIGRP in Wireshark ?

what can i get info from packet wireshark ? can i get to know the speed, packet loss and transmit delay for EIGRP and OSPF inside wireshark?

The filter for EIGRP is the name itself but probably you would like to filter incoming and outgoing so please check the correct filter in the link.
