Duplicate User Account after renaming Computer Name

At Windows 10 (Pro, 64-bit) startup, I'm now prompted with a User/Password error caused by new duplicate User Account (I recently changed my Computer Name, which may be the source of this issue).
I'd appreciate any help in removing the duplicate User Account so I can log directly into my account at start-up without the user/password error (i.e., w/out need for PW or PIN ).
