my PC takes munch time to start...and the following error appears..
STOP:0x0000009F(0x00000003,0x86029680,0x8078ADB0,0x8687FB40)
Please Help me

Sometimes it also comes with the following blue screen error:
c000021a fatal system error..please help

I'm sure I've seen that NTStatus error code relating to overheating, but I may be thinking of something else
