Driver help

Tried updating drivers for my nvidia gpu and the installer would fail over and over so i tried to do a clean install and it deleted all my drivers and couldnt install them after. Most recently i tried to update the drivers with device manager and got a configuration registry database is corrupted message. Any help?

Run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth then run sfc /scannow

after running both commands it sfc scan comes back with it found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Tried to install drivers again to no avail.

Assuming that after the Windows re-install you ran Windows Update as many times as necessary, post the CBS log results from your SFC scan.
