Hi there, has anything come up in the dump file?
I don't have a record of which version of Windows I was on when the issue started happening, I had uploaded some minidump files to OneDrive when I was trying to find a solution via the microsoft community, but I have deleted them. Also, having looked at that problem, I don't think it fts, as the mouse is working perfectly and there has been no issues discovering or connecting to the mouse.
I noticed with the timing of the last lot of crashes, that they were all while I was not using the laptop for extended periods of time, I had turned off sleep, and set the screen to turn off after 10 minutes and left it for serveral hours during the day and overnight. Since the last lot of crashes, I have shut down the laptop when finished using it, and I've not had another crash.
I was also looking at the mouse settings and in the Power management tab the box to allow the device to wake the computer is ticked, but the other one about allowing the computer to turn off the device is not. Following on from the whole Sleep/Power management theory, could the mouse be triggering a sleep/wake cycle?
