While I'd love to help, your system isn't generating memory dump files. You may want to check the memory dump options to make sure it's at least configured to generate a kernel memory dump, reboot, and get data the next time it occurs.

Hi,

Try this;

Click Settings under the Writing debugging information area, and then make sure Kernel Memory Dump is selected.

When you have your next BSOD, Windows will create dump files. Run the BSOD collection app from the posting instructions once you have had some more BSOD's and attachi it to a new post in this thread.

my computer boots up now and does the BSOD it doesn't make a dump file when it does either and i did change settings like you said to.

these are the new ones i did. i did a manual BSOD

as soon as my computer starts up and i am about to enter in my password to get in it freezes and goes to BSOD and does not make a dump file. i ran the verifiers and it shows that all drivers loaded fine but the one that didnt load was the dump_diskdump.sys

I would recommend running some bootable hardware diagnostics to check your hard disks and RAM. The inability to create .dmps usually indicates a problem in one of those two areas.

I can make my computer make a dump file manually which it will make one. but when it does BSOD it does not make one and i just end up restarting the computer anyway and everything works perfectly normal. then if i wait about 3+ hours to turn my computer back on it does it again so i have to restart and then it runs perfectly fine until the next time.....i will try running those thank you ill let you know what i get from them! :)

check your system temperature with HWMonitor from here: CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
also try to clean your cpu heat sink, that may become dusty which cause tribulation in the cooling process
