DPC Latency Problem with ndis.sys, nvlddmkm.sys, tcip.sys, and dxgkrnl.sys

Hi, I am having DPC latency problems with my 1 month old fresh install Windows 7 on SSD.
I am using Nvidia Verde 306.97 as it is one of the two drivers that don't give me TDR errors. (the other working one is older Nvidia 268.90 driver)
Have uploaded my latencymon screenshots here and drivers.csv

I will later upload the result from
