DPC Latency Issues

Hey guys,

I've had crackling sound for a while now. I downloaded Latencymon to check and it often came up with the problem that the BIOS is an issue. So I updated it, it worked... but only temporarily. I was using this fix for a while till I had a friend tell me to remove one of my motherboard sound drivers which made the issue go away for a month or two. I've got the problem again now. Here's a list of stuff from the Latencymon program if it helps you to help me out. Thanks.

P.S - I've a wireless keyboard and a wired mouse used by the USB ports. My four USB 3.0 work fine... my USB 2.0 ports don't work at all (powers up due to my mouse lighting up but nothing other than that).
