  • System information log
You should run only one of the following commands, the one you prefer.
    Read More:
    Code:
    msinfo32 /nfo "c:\users\YourWinAccountFolder\desktop\MsInfo.nfo"
        or
        msinfo32 /nfo "c:\users\%username%\desktop\MsInfo.nfo"
        or
        msinfo32 /nfo "%userprofile%\desktop\MsInfo.nfo"
    (Then upload it here)

  • Retrieve System Information, using speccy
    1. Download Speccy portable - actual version 1.29.714 (click), unzip/decompress it and put it on your desktop.
    2. When the program opens, it will retrieve some information regarding your system.
    3. Once it's done, select the File menu and choose Publish snapshot. Answer Yes to the confirmation message.
    4. On the next screen that comes up, choose the Copy to Clipboard button and paste this link in your next reply.
    5. (Or attach the log here, if you prefer to not publish it for some reason)

  • Download and install the Windows Performance Toolkit on dev.windows.com - included in the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) for Windows 10 1607 (August 2016) - adksetup.exe 1.65MB (click) if you are using windows 10 1607 or Download and install the one for Windows 10 1511 (pre-anniversary update) - adksetup.exe 1.58MB (click) if you are using windows 10 1511 (steps are almost identical...):

where would window account folder name be?
Under c:\users, it seems your "windows account folder name" is ace.
I didn't write %username% because sometimes one could have a different username from the name of the windows account folder.
As an example, you have your profile in c:\users\ace but your username could be ventura.

couldn't get the code you provided to work.
What code?

You can try to switch your memory sticks: corsair sticks on 2nd and 4th slots (count the slots from the cpu), Kingston stick between them (3rd slot).

There were bios updates for your MB.
You can download your MB manual (so you can read carefully how to update the bios) and the latest bios from your MB website (click).
There are F9 (stable) and F10e (beta) bios versions: I'll let you decide.
If you need more help, don't hesitate to ask!!!

Few tips: download the bios with an ethernet connection, update it through the bios itself (not from windows), make sure there is NOT a sudden loss of electricity...

Thanks!

This is the code I used.

xperf -on PROC_THREAD+LOADER+PROFILE+INTERRUPT+DPC+DRIVERS+POWER+IDLE_STATES -stackwalk Profile -BufferSize 1024 -MinBuffers 256 -MaxBuffers 256 -MaxFile 256 -FileMode Circular

By the way you didn't indicate the main problem you're experiencing, and when it happens (in the meanwhile of what?).
Audio crackling?
Video stuttering?
Or what?

Audio and video dropouts, They tend to happen more when my machine has been on for a while when I do just about anything. Anywho, I updated the bios. it was actually version F3 which was for rev.4 of my mobo. I'm experiencing way less latency spikes so far although storport.sys still spikes every once in awhile but not as bad. Is there anything that can be done about that?

Also I can't really move my ram around because the cpu fan is in the way of the first port.

Ok. :)

I'm not able to verify (using your trace and the speccy log) if you also updated:
Realtek HD Audio Driver - R4.31 - 441.85 MB - 2015/08/25
Realtek LAN Driver - 10.001.0505.2015 - 9.36 MB - 2015/07/09
Marvell 9128 AHCI/RAID driver - 1.2.0.1047 - 2.32 MB - 2015/11/06

They're on your MB website...

If things don't work well after you updated them, you can try to uninstall completely avast, to check if it's the culprit.
Set Windows defender and windows firewall.
If the problem disappears after you have uninstalled avast, you can re-install avast.
But if the problem re-appears after avast re-installation, maybe avast is not the right antivirus for your machine!
If the problem remains with or without avast, leave Windows defender and windows firewall, at least until we find the solution (if possible).
