I was unable to get the toolkit to work for some reason, but I've attached everything else, including 2 screenshots from running latencymon. I know theres an issue with the storport.sys but im at a loss, and have 0 idea how to fix this. MSI tech support has been less than helpful and merely recommended I "reinstall drivers" which I did, and it fixed nothing.

Also, I've had nothing but issues with this PC and am incredibly close to RMA'ing it but would prefer to try and fix it first. I'm also having issues with my monitor staying black after I wake it up from sleep mode and not sure why, running from the HDMI ports if anyone has any insight on that as well.

Anyway, any help would be appreciated!

Hello aosoth. :welcome:

I found this (then clicked service): check if it's correct --> msi desktop - Aegis 3 Specification (click)
New bios 920 (they wrote: Note: Only for Optane.).
Are you using Optane? (I think no, but I'm unsure).
Msinfo says motherboard is B250 Gaming Aegis 3 (MS-B907) (i.e., "B250 Gaming" customized for that machine).
Not sure if this is your SSD, check the specs (click)
It seems you can update at least intel RST. I wasn't able to check its firmware... There's also a "toolbox" download (click).
