Downloads & Other Files Corrupt

Hi,

I recently just re-installed windows 8.1 onto my desktop computer, and i noticed that a few applications that i have tried installing are corrupt. However when i install the same application onto a different computer it doesnt return as corrupt.

I've tried following the guide written by Tekno Venus, but none of the repair methods worked.

I've attached the SFCFix.txt file

How do i fix this?
