I CAN get into Win10 without any problems. The annoying bug which I can not fix is that Win10 always boots TWICE before I can get in. It adds about 2 minutes every time I have to reboot.

The problem started after install Adobe CS6. I really don't want to go through the pain of reinstalling that app. It took OVER AN HOUR. I had read that a reboot should have been done after the install and I think I updated the apps before I rebooted. I'm only guessing that this may be the cause. I don't know for sure. So that's a good hint.

chkdsk c: /f is clean
sfc /scannow is clean

Checking the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run HAS MULTIPLE ENTRIES BUT ALL OF THE DRIVERS AND SYSTEM DRIVERS ARE LOADING WITHOUT ANY ERRORS
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce HAS NOTHING IN IT

I also changed power settings so that fast startup is NOT enabled. Didn't make any difference. I still have to boot twice

Problem solved. I powered down completely. It only takes one boot to get into Win10 now. Weird.

That's odd, likely some Windows components which couldn't be configured properly unless you did a complete shutdown.
