DISM returns Error 2 - Cannot find the file specified

Hello, I started to have issues with installing some windows updates. After trying some recommendet solutions, I run DISM restore health whitch always gets stuck at 38% at returns Error: 2 - The system cannot find the file specified (also tried to use iso file as source).
I also tried to run sfc /scannow command that claims all issues were fixed or it did not find any integrity violations, but DISM still gets stuck and I am still unable to install updates.
I would be thankful for any help.

Apologies for the delay. If you are still requiring assistance please run DISM restorehealth again and provide fresh cbs.log and DISM log.
