[SOLVED] dism restore got "0x800f081f" error and SFCFix crashed

Hi there, I have some problem with My Computer and I ran the SFCFix (version 3.0.2.1) and got the message "SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro has encountered an unhandled exception."

Microsoft Windows Server 10 Build 20348 - amd64
Not using a script file.

Here are some other instrument I have done:

sfc /scannow : got "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth: got "Error: 0x800f081f The source files could not be found."
ComponentsScanner (Version 1.5.1.0): got "None" or "No possible repairs"

I attached CBS.log, dism.log, ComponentsScanner.txt and SFCFix.txt in this post, any suggestions are welcome and thank you!

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

the dism command works successfully, and I just misunderstood the problem has been solved...but when I ran the `SFC /Scannow`, it still produced the error message - "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.".
I attached CBS.log and SFCFix.txt. sorry :"(

Please upload a copy of the COMPONENTS hive.

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.

• Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
• Please copy this file to your desktop.
• Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
• Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
• If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.

Beginning system scan.  This process will take some time.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
