DISM Gives Me Error 0x800f081f

Cleaning up a machine that didn't seem to have much if any malware on it (malware bytes only found a couple PUPs) and SFC found corruption it couldn't repair. Copied the CBS log onto SFCFix and it got to the DISM stage and gave me error 0x800f081f.

Ran through a tutorial to fix that error but got the same error at part 4 of step 3, so I'm coming to the experts.

I would recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Windows 10 as this one is 4 years old and needs to be upgraded.
