[SOLVED] DISM.exe /RestoreHealth Error 0x800f081f & auto-MDIX

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from windows 8.1 and I've been having some issues.

1.

DISM.exe /RestoreHealth Error 0x800f081f

I have done this troubleshooting so far:
1.1. sfc /scannow
Result: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix them.

1.2. dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Result: Error 0x800f081f

1.3. Re-ran 1&2 many times
Result: Same result

After I upgrade my windows from 8.1 to 10, the auto-MDIX feature of my Ethernet work only 2 days and didn't work anymore. I can only connect my LAN interface only with the correct type of cable to the switch (it will not establish connection for an incorrect type of LAN cable),

In addition, my Ethernet driver seems to be the latest one already

As I search on the internet for both issues for quite a while and still no solution, Any help would be highly appreciated!

Follow the instructions below to run a SFC scan on your system and to provide the CBS log in your next reply;
  • On Windows Vista & 7, click on the Windows Start Menu, then enter cmd in the search box, right-click on the cmd icon and select

    Run as Administrator
  • On Windows 8, drag your cursor in the bottom-left corner, and right-click on the metro menu preview, then select Command Prompt (Admin);
  • On Windows 8.1, right click on the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner and select Command Prompt (Admin);
  • Enter the command below and press on Enter;
    Code: 
    sfc /scannow
    Note: There's a space between "sfc" and "/scannow";
  • Once the scan is complete, enter the command below and press on Enter
    Code: 
    copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  • A file called cbs.txt will have appeared on your Desktop. Upload the file on Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive and post the download URL for it here;
Note: Please note that the CBS.log is volatile, which means that if you don't upload it after the SFC scan is completed, it won't contains the information from the scan anymore. So archive it and upload it as soon as you can.
 
The SFC scan returned a clean CBS.log, so that issue has been solved :) For the second one, I'll ask you to create a thread in the Windows 10 section since it's not related to the Windows Update domain. Is that good? :)
