I run SFC "normal mode" and "security mode", no corrupt files found.

I run
Code:

in adm mode CMD to restore the current system, but I get this message "error 0x800f081f The source files could not be found".

I run
Code:
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:D:\install.wim:4 /LimitAccess
in adm mode CMD to restore the current system from other source, but I get this message "error 0x800f081f The source files could not be found".

I run SFCFix and ComponentsScanner whitout error..🥲

Please ensure that you have followed the posting instructions fully because you haven't attached any CBS logs?

You can't respond to any other threads in this forum other than your own for "safety" reasons, as mentioned here:

Furthermore, please do not use private messages to circumvent forum restrictions, which are placed on a sub-forum for good reason; for example the Windows Update forum only permits members who have completed the Windows Update Academy training to assist, ensuring those being helped are receiving sound advice which does not jeopardise their system. Many Windows Update fixes involve making critical changes to system files or the registry itself. Those who have been trained will understand these dangers and will understand how to carry out fixes safely.

If you want to have a go at fixing the error yourself, then please read the following tutorial: Troubleshooting 0x800f081f / 0x800f0982 Error

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
  5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Afterwards, please run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth again and let me know the result. If it fails, then please provide the CBS log(s) as before.

sorry again, I have a mistake, I change to UNLOCK the file, because this file download from internet...:poop:
sfcfix.png

now its run nice and I apply manually updates because is too large and got some errors, but its go.

hi,
sorry for taking so long to respond, everything went fine, after unlocking SFCFix.exe the SFCFix.zip file corrected the errors and I passed DISM without any problems:
Code:
dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

its passed by 100% with DISM, but my MS Store are broken, and Start Menu reset to default after restart...
I think is user error, but I cant change the user because I use the "business user".

I fix the MS Store with this method 1:
https://answers.microsoft.com/pt-br/windows/forum/all/windows-store-error-code-0x80070005/87a3026c-8fcd-459e-bfbc-851bd1b1f663

and the Start Menu are fix with this command in adm PowerShell and restart computer:
Code:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost | Reset-AppxPackage

I think this info help other users with this issues, I dont use much the system to call the TI.
thanks for help.

Okay, that's good to hear, I'll mark this thread as solved then. You can post links but the forum software tries to set the display text to the title of the page, however, since there's a redirect it gets set to "redirecting". I've wrapped your link in [noparse][/noparse] tags now so at least people can see the actual URL.
