DISM error Error 1009

Hello!

I run

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

and it stops at 4,5% with an error message:

"Error: 1009. The configuration registry database is corrupt"

The same error gives SFCFix software.

I would be grateful if you could help me to fix the components file.
