DISM error code 0x800f0906

Hello so,I have this DISM error showing up when I perform /restore health.Running on a windows 8.1 pro 64.
The sfc /scannow says everything is ok tho.
How can I fix this ?

I ran some windows updates,and now the sfc finds corrupt files and cannot fix them.Dism still produces the error.
