I have tried for several days to resolve these issues. I ran SCFFix.exe first which says no problems. DISM returns error 193 without fail. Attached are the SCFFix.txt file, cmd.exe.txt file, the CBS.rar file and the dism.log file. I also tried an in-place Win 10 1511 upgrade which failed with "unknown" error. Please help; I'm out of ideas.
