Hello,

After installing Windows updates KB5015808 & KB5016058 succesfully, i found an error in the image.

sfc /scannow -> Good!
Dism /RestoreHealth -> Error: 0x800f0906, The source files could not be downloaded. The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log.
dism.log is attached.

Any idea on how to fix this issue?

Many Thanks!

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Thank you so much for your quick reply.
I did dragged the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe but it didn't help, kindly find the SFCFix and the new CBS.log attached.
