I'm having some issues for a customers Windows Server 2016 with a Hyper-V and some VMs. One of the VMs is used as an OS for users trough an terminal server.
Main issue is, that the Icons for most of the apps were blank. I looked up and made dozens of Tests and applied fixes like Icon Cache rebuilds, but None of them were not working. Since the .ico files are stored in %SystemRoot%\Installer/, I found out, that the Folder with the .ico files were empty. Only Workaround was to reinstall the applications.
Anyway I wanted to modify/reinstall Office, but the installer crashed after a couple of seconds, so I made some tests.
The SFC Scan went fine with no corruptions.
However I recieved an error for DISM: 0x800f081f
I tried to fix the error by mounting an ISO file of an Windows Server and locate the file install.wim, but again with no luck. The CBS.log showed an error of "CSI Payload Corruption: 6", which can be found in my .zip file bellow.
Thank you very much in advance!
