DISM: CSI Payload File Corrupt

Hi, new here. ty 4 ur help & appreciate this helpful forum :D.
I've diagnosing my PC since the Win7/Windows 7/Windows 7_x86 service ending/discontinued (4 Google sake :D) and 'fortunately' this notorious error since this system born :p (error logs as below) and I am determined to solve it >:D

Few quick questions:
1. I run the sfcfix.exe & it says insert the Windows install DVD yet my system has the mount in the X:\ drive but it cannot use it, why :(
2. I copy the files I needed (properly ??) from the X:\ drive yet I try to copy it after:

yet still not enough granted permissions :p
3. sfc /scannow is having the issuesss in the uploaded log as well :p

SFCFix Script

!!! WARNING !!! The following fix is only relevant for this system and no other, applying this fix on another computer will not work and most likely will cause problems...
  • Download SFCFix.exe (by Niemiro) and save it to the Desktop
  • Download the file kliop.zip and save this to your Desktop
  • On your Desktop, make sure you have the two files:
    myjIXnC.png
    SFCFix.exe and
    sfpcJCen14An3ndjNGCI7mByhjHJud.png
    kliop.zip
  • Drag the file kliop.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it
  • The SFCFix tool will process the script
  • Upon completion, a log file SFCFix.txt should be created on your Desktop
  • Open the SFCFix.txt log and copy & paste the contents to your post
