I can defrag my c: drive with other defragment software but not with windows explorer defragmenter . I can do everything except connect with the virtual disk service through disk management. All other operations of this computer is working at a high level of efficiency ( cd/dvd) are all working fine and all the sfc /scannow and chkdsk reports are good so what could this possibly be stopping the the connection too my disk management not connecting to the virtual disk service?
