Disable windows 10 tips on startup

I have Windows 1903 - 64 bit installed. Ever since the 1903 update, whenever I boot my laptop, I get the large windows box talking about various tips and what's new in windows 1903. I have disabled windows tips in the notification settings but still I get this box when I boot into windows. What should I do to fix this issue?

When you "X" it out, does it come back with the next boot? If so, take a look at "Startup" in your Task Manager and see if that's where your problem is.
 
Yes it does come back at the next boot.

Here's how my startup listing looks like in the task manager. Entries are sorted according to their enabled/disabled status.


I can't find any windows tips listed.

You might be able to uninstall the Tips app.

Open a Powershell window and type: Get-AppxPackage | Select Name, PackageFullName > apps.txt . This will create a file called apps.txt containing all the built in Windows 10 apps. See if the Tips app is listed in that file.

If it is, you can remove it using the command Get-AppxPackage [B][I]PackageFullName[/I] [/B]| Remove-AppxPackage where PackageFullName is replaced with the full name of the tips app.

I got the following.. Windows tips is not listed.

I was googling about removing windows tips and came across this article.

Are they talking about the same windows tips app that is popping up on my startup? In the article mentioned, they discuss the tips that appear in the sidebar.

This has been my setting before I started this thread. I use lot of alarms, so chose that. I have been facing issue before I even made this setting in the first place.

Focus assist is not separately listed in the notification settings. As you can see, the listing naming goes from in the F section - Filezilla to IGdm in the I section as listed alphabetically.

So far so good. Done two or three reboots and the message has not appeared. I will update as soon as I get the windows tips message.
 
The "Tips" is actually part of the Get Started App... From your list:
