Desktop does not sleep

As of today, the system stopped sleeping. Upon checking with powercfg /requests, there was only one item:

\Device\HarddiskVolume4\Windows\System32\MoUsoCoreWorker.exe

After I set sleep in one minute to manually check what's going on, powercfg /requests reports nothing, but the system does not sleep, just turns the screen off.

This is a ~7 year old Dell desktop (win10 Enterprise, upgraded to 2004 build months ago), never had this issue. I'm pretty sure I don't have any viruses, malwarebytes report clean. I ran elevated powercfg /SYSTEMSLEEPDIAGNOSTICS, the report is here: sleepdiag_8.1.2020.html

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Actually, there is more. We have a bunch of win10 machines in the house and all 2004 builds (both home and enterprise) have MoUsoCoreWorker.exe issuing requests, but only this desktop has issues sleeping. Previous builds have none of the issues.
After posting above, I installed an optional update and it seems like the bastard can sleep again. Will update.
