My system was infected with "FBI virus". Was able to remove or what I believed was able to remove virus. Did a security scan on entire system. System shut down and when I went to go back on the Dell logo appears and the system continually reboots after the Dell image. Unable to perform F8 option as it just keeps rebooting able to access F2 and F12 only. System is running on Windows 7. Need help to get back into system. Any suggestions?
